We carry out RICS valuations and appraisals under the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and its Rules contained in its “Red Book” or Red Book. These Standards lay down rules of procedure and guidance for RICS members in most valuations. Its purpose is to ensure that clients receive objective advice, in a professional manner and that it conforms to internationally recognized standards. The Rules establish a framework of good practice in the execution and issuance of valuation for the different existing purposes.

PURPOSES OF OUR RICS VALUATIONS

As members of RICS, we are obliged to carry out appraisals independently, with integrity and objectivity.
Our team has advanced knowledge at local, national and international level of the market as well as the skills and understandings necessary to carry out RICS Valuations and Appraisals in a competent manner.
RICS members will play their professional work with due skill, care and taking into account the technical standards expected of them.

Evaluations made with methods of the ECO/805/2003

We perform assessments according to the methodology established by the Spanish Valuation rules regulated by the Ministerial Order ECO/805/2003 and its subsequent amendments.
