VALUATIONS AND APPRAISALS RICS
We carry out RICS valuations and appraisals under the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and its Rules contained in its “Red Book” or Red Book. These Standards lay down rules of procedure and guidance for RICS members in most valuations. Its purpose is to ensure that clients receive objective advice, in a professional manner and that it conforms to internationally recognized standards. The Rules establish a framework of good practice in the execution and issuance of valuation for the different existing purposes.
