VALUATIONS AND APPRAISALS RICS
We carry out appraisals and RICS valuations, under the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and its rules contained in its Red Book. These regulations establish rules of procedure and guidance for RICS.

As members of RICS, we are obliged to carry out appraisals independently, with integrity and objectivity.

Our team has advanced knowledge at local, national and international level of the market as well as the skills and understandings necessary to carry out RICS Valuations and Appraisals in a competent manner.
RULES OF CONDUCT
RICS members will play their professional work with due skill, care and taking into account the technical standards expected of them.
